Didden
Didden is a Belgian family sauce-maker founded in 1925 in Molenbeek, Brussels, by Jean-François Didden, who started out selling homemade mustard from a horse and cart. Now run by the fourth generation, the company still uses the original 1925 recipe — most famously for its beloved pickles sauce with crunchy cauliflower, onion and cucumber pieces.
