CAMP'ORO Trofie

CAMP'ORO trofie is a traditional pasta from the Liguria region in the form of thin and twisted strips. Quality durum wheat semolina is produced in a traditional production process. The unique curled shape was originally created by rolling the dough on a thin rod, and is especially perfect with the region's traditional pesto gnoveza sauce.
