Zaanse
Zaanse (by De Huisman) is a traditional Dutch mustard brand, made at the historic "De Huisman" windmill in the Zaanse Schans, a mill dating back to 1786. Mustard production itself began in 1961 under the Bosman family, and the coarse, spicy mustard has since become a Dutch kitchen classic — used in sausages, soups and Zaanse mayonnaise.
